Return policy
The Cadillac Cowgirl is here for you and your style. We hope you love what you ordered or purchased here, but if you aren't thrilled, we are glad to accept returns for store credit only.
- All returns or exchanges require the receipt, regardless of the reason
- Returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase or order delivery date
- All returns require the original tags still be attached
- Customers are responsible for shipment costs on all returns.
- Returned items must not have been washed, worn, stained, or contain any perfume or other harsh odors
- Discounted items are a Final Sale and cannot be returned
- All Returns/Exchanges have to meet our policy guidelines
- ALL Seasonal Items Are A Final Sale
- All Jewelry, Perfume, and Christmas-themed items are a FINAL SALE
Returns for gifts during the 2024 holiday season
Gifts purchased between Black Friday and Christmas Eve can be returned for store credit or exchanged until January 11, 2024 with gift receipt.
Items must meet the other requirements of the regular return policy. Final sale items will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping costs return policy
Customers are responsible for all return shipment costs.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and we cannot credit you for the cost of your return shipment. If your return does not meet the requirements specified in our return policy, the item may be sent back to you at an additional cost.
To start a return, you can contact us at calley@thecadillaccowgirl.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All Jewelry, Perfume, and Holiday-themed items are a FINAL SALE.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We offer store credit only for returns.
Shipping policy
We are happy to ship your order to you, within the contiguous US only! We offer free shipping on orders over $100!
- Shipping is $7 flat rate under $100
- Items are shipped within one business day
- Purchases made on Friday will be shipped Monday
- Items should be delivered within 4-10 business days
Online orders may be picked up in the store free of charge, items are usually ready for pickup within 24 hours. Please bring your confirmation email to pick up items in the store.
